Finally... This is my First Post (Formally)

Well here we are folks...... Lemme start by introducing myself here... yeah yeah i know, you don't wanna know bout me... but i suppose its basic decency to do so....
I am one of the 100 millions in India, married, 27 years of age, a qualified (?) MBA, and presently working with an MNC as Marketing Manager in Chandigarh, India.
Enough of me i suppose..........
Well, very recently (about 10 months back) i switched my job... Well that's not unusual... at the first sight... but many a times such usual things bring a lot of changes in one's life... To be precise, it was NOT one of the best... oops sorry... NOT one of the GOOD things to happen to me...
I so wish that i can 'undo these things' going back in the past... but that's idiotic to ask...
There are many reasons for me to say so... In a job, one performs or is able to perform, when he/she is given authority for the assigned responsibilities... which i think, my previous employer was better in it.... I consider this as one of the major enabler for one to perform his KRAs... and most of others would agree with that....
Apart from this, i cannot find anything in my present job, which i can blame upon for this reason... Simple and straight reason for that being - The organisation is outstanding and cares a lot for its employees.
I've been told by many of my colleagues/friends that i come out in flying colours under extreme pressure conditions, but i must say, that is because i have full control on the circumstances/situations/factors influencing etc... This is one thing i miss in my current assignment..
Well too much of me, i suppose this time...
I'm very new to blogging... do let me know about your feedback... this time it was an attempt of mine to give a broad idea of mine...
